This photo shows the underside roof of a decaying bus shelter.
We often get so caught up within our own head space, following our usual routine, that we rarely take the time really examine or explore our surroundings. That vandalised door or decaying bus stop becomes so common place that we overlook its potential as an abstract form of expression and aesthetic end in itself.
This series of photos aims to recontextualise the forgotten everyday objects and artifacts left neglected and worn through weather and time. Taken on a 35mm film camera and developed in the dark room.
